CAREERS WITH EDT

Untitled_Artwork 2.PNG

Is EDT the right place for you?

At EDT, we believe strong organizations are built through growth over time. We work with people at different stages of that growth — from learning and leading to building long-term opportunities within the organization.

Some people join EDT as learners, focused on developing skills, understanding systems, and gaining experience within a supportive environment. Others grow into leaders, taking ownership of programs, people, or processes and helping raise the standard around them.

In some cases, individuals join EDT as partners, or grow into that role, by bringing strong ideas, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset. In this model, partners are given a platform to build their own path within EDT, operating with autonomy while benefiting from the structure, support, and brand of the organization. These individuals are not expected to do everything with EDT, but rather to pursue their own programs, initiatives, or business lanes within a shared ecosystem.

EDT is a strong fit for people who are curious, dependable, and motivated to grow. If you value learning, take pride in your work, and are interested in building something meaningful — whether as a learner, leader, or entrepreneurial partner — you’ll likely find your place here.
